The Goally has changed how routines work in our house and gives my son incentives to actually complete them. It has also lessened tantrums because set routines really help him. I would recommend that the times can be adjusted a little bit on a daily basis, just in case our routine for that day changes and the child misses their alotted time. This has led to some meltdowns. But overall, definitely worth it, especially during the school year.

Device really has a super short battery. It is supposed to be used all day by the ASD kids, but when it only lasts 1-2 hours before dying or needing plugged in, it's very inconvenient and bothersome. Doesn't interface well with the parents' app. Most of the time my parents' app does not show what task or routine he is currently working on. I have to go and physically look at his device. Yes, I have made sure both devices are updated properly.

So far this app is just "meh." The website showed a pic of a breakdown of steps to complete a task such as take cap off toothpaste, start water, etc., but in the app there is actually no way of adding steps to complete a task. So you end up having to create really long task names to list the steps. Also some tasks in a routine show the days of the week in after you add them and others don't despite the fact that the settings are all use for every day this routine is used. And I've barely started

The concept is phenominal, but unfortunately, the delivery falls short. The app is useless the majority of the time and I find myself running to my computer to start routines or address behaviors, etc. So what happens is my kids aren't witnessing rewards and consequences in real time because my computer isn't always accessible. It might work better if you only had 1 child, but I have 3 and I don't see it being sustainable in my household without some major improvements.

It glitches often and requires closing and restarting the app. The interface is a bit clunky. The device glitches and won't allow routines to be stated, then the app says "Trying to start routine" but nothing happens. When it works, the system is nice, but it should be better developed by now.

The Care Team app works really well with Goally’s therapy suite app. It’s made my life a lot easier as a parent. If my son does a good job in his morning routine and says thank you, I can mark that as a good behavior on my goally care team app and give him points for it with a click of a button!

Great concept but extremely frustrating for parents because of the app. App needs to be run through some serious UI testing, and it seems to have back-end problems, too. All this after many parents complained, and Goally said they have taken great pains to improve the app. Take some more, I guess?

not a great app, I can't do everything needed to do with the app, frequently have to login on the PC and use the web page as the webpage is new viewable on mobile devices.
