Been locked out of my controls since yesterday. Having tried everything, I cannot get this working again. Absolute rubbish. I wouldn't buy the boiler or use the app, given the choice again. UPDATE. December, and despite several attempts, I never managed to get this running. So much for smart controls. UPDATE. May 25. Trying again. Still no luck.

An OK app but it does have some issues. If I switch got water from intelligent to on demand it only switches for 10 mins then reverts back to intelligent (ironically). If it was possible to change the scale on the history graph it would be much more useful, there's no way our household will use 400m3 of water in a month but that stays at the top of the scale no matter what.

This app doesn't consistently work, does not work with Alexa or Google, it often does not connect to the boiler despite having a great connection. If the connection was better and the scheduling was much clearer, this could be a fantastic app with great potential to go with a great, high-tech boiler, if this app was significantly better, I assure you that there would be far more sales of Navien Boilers.

Set up didn't work with 2 different android phones. Failed at different stages Update: have now borrowed friend's iPhone and finally got boiler connected to WiFi. Initial impression Good: - makes editing programs easier - log of outdoor temperature could be interesting. And may also use the outdoor temp aware setting on the thermostat. Bad: - very rudimentary usage stats by month/ week. Minute by minute stats needed!! - every time you go the app need to shut it down and restart to connect

Had the app for a year and found it fine. Been very happy with it. It does what is supposed to. Initially I had Had an issue with WiFi signal because of where the router was a little black spot so I couldn't change things very easily remotely but once I had put a WiFi extender in this problem went at the same time.

It is minus temperatures out where I stay ( has been for days now ) and this app keeps going offline, so I cannot physically put my heating on to keep my kids( 1 who has not long had surgery) or myself warm! There is no Internet issues in my house so the problem is not that. I also had this same problem this time last year, which an engineer was brought out for to replace the modem connection for it and it turns out there was nothing wrong with it. It was a connection issue on their side!

Had this installed for over a year now and never worked properly, keep having to power down to reset as the room thermostat drops out. My set up is via a Navien wiring centre too. When looking at the oil consumption and data this is completely wrong and when you click on it the app crashes. Time to fit a nest I think!

Worked well for about 4 months despite always requesting location access that wasnt needed. Then decided to give me a wildly inaccurate energy use record for July. After that it just stopped working altogether -- crashes everytime it's opened. Tried reinstalling a few times but no success. Binned it.
