Sllloooowww! The app seems like it's laid out well and the content is good. However nothing and I mean absolutely nothing on this app loads quickly at all. Don't plan to display your tickets on the app because there's a 80% chance won't work. If you try to watch a video on this app it takes forever. All of the content is super super slow to load display view etc.

This app when it works is good. The problem is it never works. Been like this since I started going back to wings games last year. They really need to fix its stability. I also have season tickets with the lions, that app never crashes, freezes, fails to load my tickets etc. So clearly an app related issue

This app is required to display your ticket for entry into games. But the app won't display the ticket. Attempting to view ticket takes you back one page or crashes the app. I may not be able to go to the game I paid my $100 for. If I do get in, it will be my last time buying a Red Wing ticket. FIX YOUR DAMN APP!

50/50 shot on whether or not I can look at my tickets on this app. Has always been buggy and crashes a lot. Right now I can't access my tickets to load them into my wallet, which is the best way to access then for the game.

The app itself is decent but as of recently I can no longer view my tickets. I have a season package and it's all tickets in my account. Also half the features don't work like the ones when you're at the stadium and you want to interact. I'm using a Samsung S21 ultra and up until now most things worked and I could at least get my tickets into my google wallet. Put effort into fixing your app

As others have mentioned, the app crashes when you try to view a ticket - so I'm not sure I'm going to be able to go the game. As a software engineer myself, I know what the problem is - some C-suite suits at Ticketmaster devised a ploy to force everyone to install an app they had *no* intention of investing time and resources into building. They don't care. And they won't fix it.

App freezes when trying to log in. Have to click back to unfreeze it. What's the point of trying to log in?
