Have to reboot phone every time I launch app. Otherwise it's just a white screen. Also, this app is very invasive. Reporting everything including your battery percentage. Find a company that doesn't want full access to your personal phone with this app here. Definitely a battery drainer as well. Have to stay plugged in most of my shift.

It's better than silvertrac, but it sucks down the battery life at an unbelievable rate. You really need to fix the battery issue, bc if you don't, I'm gonna go spend a couple hundred bucks on a prepaid smart phone to use at work, & use it on their wifi. This is ridiculous. I have to charge my phone while I'm at work, I can't even work a single 13 hr shift w/o charging it. The client & their employees think we are just staying on our phones & not doing our jobs. Last update is glitchy

Crashes continuously. Drains phone battery. Barely more than useless. Do not install this one. Find another app that is functional. The devs say they fixed the bugs with updates but it's important in the security business to keep your eyes on your client and their interests. You can't do that while your fighting an application.

A phone battery will not last more than 5 hours with this app active somehow and will physically overheat due to their poor software which has existed for over the last year. Still they have many type-1 geofence errors across the board. Their website version's mapbox defaults to null island and reloads every time another site is selected. It has countless core errors that they continue to allow to exist. Seems like decent cyber security, but an alpha disguised as a minimally viable product.

It Wolfs down the battery even if I start a shift with a full charge I still have to charge my phone 3 more times people keep complaining that I and other officers look like we're just playing on our phones all the time when we're really typing up reports and charging the battery because the GPS keeps wolfing it down From a programming point of view it seems like the programmers develop the app to achieve the goal without consideration for efficiency

At my security company, there was a manual attendance and work management system for years. We were comfortable with it but then our manager introduced Novagems. Now that we are used to it, we cannot imagine going back to the manual one. It is so simple, fast, and easy. And it feels like a great upgrade.

This app sucks HORRIBLY. I constantly have to go into airplane mode to even just get it to work while I am working. I'd rate 0 stars if I could because even 1 star seems generous. Hope my work switches to a better app soon. Update: this app is fn trash
