It was doing fine until recent update. Unable to stay logon and have to keep logging in every single time you press one new options like checkin login once. Tap to the announcement login once. Tap to the options to see activity, login once again.

Kid portfolio cannot be downloaded, after few days liaise with technical people and requested them just to send me the pdf portfolio, they sent me some corrupted file which cannot be open, different technical people attend me at different time and just repeat the same thing. So painful T.T

Jun 2024 edit: photos can't be downloaded. This app does not even deserve one star. Original review: Multiple notifications are being sent for one announcement. Guardian password are limited to a small number of character. Data usage seems on the high side. Please fix all these. Tried to mail developer but it seems like the email is not valid. Password for guardian has a character limit, this is not secure from a security stand point. Links in announcement can't be clicked.

It's good that the app consolidates all related school matters under 1 roof but with this new app, i no longer get notifications when the teachers update the Home feed. And most importantly, i can no longer download the photos. After i click on the download button, I'll be able to view the photo and share it but it's not stored in my phone memory. Really hope the IT team can look into rectifying this issue.

The app auto filter to today's date, and when there is no post for today, it will show no data. The previous version does not auto filter. And also can the app allow us to copy the title of the album, this will let me create a folder in my phone using that title to keep photos on my phone. The app does not allow check in and out a child multiple times a day, sometimes we need to bring our child for development assessment and then we check in the child again.

App does not have notifications for new posts by teachers. Instead it pings plenty of times for the same notification. I used to be able to receive posts about events & activities & items to bring immediately when they are posted but there have been several instances where did not see the post until after the deadline. Quite upset with it. Hope this can be ironed out.

When I launch the app, it says new version available, and the only way forward is to click 'confirm' where they launched the Google Play. But there's no 'update'. Only 'uninstall' and 'open'. Click on open, leads me to app with the same notification saying a new version is available. Cycle repeats. Very frustrating.

Rubbish app, no way and no channel to feedback on the app issue. My phone samsung s23 ultra consider not a bad phone, the app keep crashing when click external link that posted by teacher. Tried access via web portal, even worst. Having bell show hav new notice and can see it summary, after click show page error not found.
