I don't know what you did, the app was ok before, at least if worked as expected. Now booking is an experience from hell. It shows slots that are not really available which is by far the worst problem. This happens in web too. Before you could book 2 treatments at once now i had to book in separate days. It won't refresh the ui state, i cancelled a booking and had to reopen the app for this to reflect the ui. Terrible.

There are a lot of bugs. Sometimes it didn't show my treatments and booking, but I instead it says I have to purchase. My treatments are lost that I paid for a lot of money. Currently the app doesn't even work.

Not reflective on Therapie Clinic but the App is Terrible... sack the developers. Does not tell you how many sessions you have remaining in a course. Rescheduling is difficult. Appointments haven't taken place due to lockdown and the sessions have just disappeared from my allowance. I've had to email and call multiple times. No cancellation alert... Poor..

The app was brilliant before, was working perfectly and now for atlease 3+ months it's been having a message saying a update for android will be coming soon,uninstall the app and reinstalled it again and still the same. Pls sort it out!!

It would be good to know how many you have left and the type of appointments you've had (currently says treatment recieved but doesn't differentiate between laser, facial etc). You can only reschedule via the app but most of the time it is impossible. Definitely time to upgrade the app!

This app is not working. Reset password is not working. I tried to contact Therapie Clinic, they said they I should be able to use my account. However this app is either saying password and email address is invalid or account has not been activated. Can you please have this app checked and corrected. Once you paid for the treatments, you cannot withdraw. It is very inconvinient to book appointments in store all the time.

Frustrating that I have to download this in order to reschedule. Spent 15 min doing this and then it is assigning me a different staff member even though I requested a specific person so it isn't even working right. This would have been a 2 minute phone call. Pointless app.

Very easy app to use, design is nice and simple. Was able to organise my appointments with no issues at all. Nice touch is having the next appointment show on the home screen with an option to cancel or reschedule if needed.
