It took me so long to set this up that we found quarters instead. Also, the inconvenience fee. The lack of integration with Google Pay for an android phone app is disappointing, too. Overall, just a waste of time—especially for a visitor from out of town that is not trying to put in a lot of effort to accommodate municipal fees.

App doesn't work, period. I used it a few times to park in Duluth, but was worried when I saw that the meters were going away in spots and only this app could be used to pay, because what happens when the app doesn't work (or for that matter, what if you don't have a phone/it's not on you). Low and behold, app simply doesn't work for me today. Can never even input the spot I want to park in. And I have a Pixel 4a (relatively new), so not a 'strange' or junky phone.

When it works, it's great-but when you get random errors when trying to pay it is terrible. I was late for a doctor exam today because it would not let me pay for the spot i was in. Had to move spots, try it afew more times and race to my exam. App wanted to know if I wanted to give it 5 starts or not rate it at all. Lovely.

Visited Duluth recently. Was 1st shocked to see i needed coins to pay for parking. Who carries coins? But then saw they offered an app too. Good for Duluth. Downloaded the app because we finally found a parking spot. App said that the meter wasn't found. Had to go into a local vendor and ask for change and hope I wasn't ticketed while doing so.

Doesn't work. Can't load anything. Machines on street take forever and thought this could speed things up. Wrong!! I can search and find a name of the lot I'm in, but that's where it stops and does nothing. As of parking in Duluth isn't bad enough. Then throw the headaches of non working parking app or Machines that either don't work with card and only take cash, or take 2-3 minutes to process card payment. Duluth is becoming overrated.

This app works great for parking in Duluth. Use your credit or debit cart to pay for on street parking. There is a "convenience charge" of 20 cents every time you charge your card, so it's not exactly free, but that's probably what the city is being charged as a fee anyway. Also, be warned about the following situation. After installing this app, I now get text messages from my daughters, pictures of meters, along with messages like, "Dad, I'm parked in this spot, put time on the meter for me." But hey, at least I'm hearing from my children.

App has changed. No longer permits you to select exact amount of time. Instead it has "quick times" that have preset amounts. Turned a good app into a bad one. Booooo!

App refused to process the payment on one card, and said another card was invalid- both cards worked fine paying for anything else that day. Incredibly frustrating, especially when parking is already limited.
