They charged my account and I can't access to the subscribed material. So I cancelled the next subscription but was informed because I cancel that why cannot access. Screen shot the order which stated active and the expire date is next month. It make people think that the BT is like a scam. Advice not to subscribe otherwise will face unnecessary frustration.

The android app always appear frozen and unable to scroll. It has only happen recently. Best guess are the build in ads disrupting the app. The app always show a blank black box within the articles. Please do something to improve the operation of the app. It is seriously disturbing that the app keep frozen while scrolling through each article.

This app us faulty and does not let me login although I paid £270 for full annual subscription.

I use the speech function to listen to the news. However, unlike the Straits Times app, the Business Times app does not have a setting to control the rate of speech. And the default setting is now too slow for listening. I have sent an email to the developer (you) several weeks ago, but there was no reply and up to now, nothing has been done. Please just implement what is you have in your other app.

1. On 1st fingerprint login attempt it tells me I have attempted too many times. Got disabled for 15 minutes. 2. Article text does not load. Nothing to read except look at the headline, the photo, and other headlines. 3. With the news feed format, it becomes difficult to look for news for a particular section. 4. Ads appear in middle of articles occupying most of the screen. Many news apps are free to use and do not bombard users with ads. 5. Sent an email to BT feedback but no response.

There are way too many ads placed all over the app. You are shown a full screen ad first thing when you open the app. Then ads are littered all over every article that are distracting as you are reading the content. Paying subscribers should not be seeing this much advertising, it's gotten really annoying. Lastly, it doesn't handle opening opening BT links from outside the app properly as it loads mobile web version of articles that asks for login every single time.

New app is ridiculous - you don't know what's today's news, what's breaking news, and old articles from weeks ago keep getting mixed with latest news. What are they smoking? After using for a while, I notice the BT team (should we even call them a team?) now just randomly add photos to articles. You get photos of Singapore skyline when reading an article on Indonesia or some other countries. Why even bother to write a script to add irrelevant/random photos? You get more respect leaving them out

Dear BT, could you kindly have a setting option that enlarges the text size even more. I set it to the maximum yet still isn't easily readable. Wonder if other subscribers are facing the same issue.. Thank you. It's a Good effort with greater functionality!
