I've stayed with Red Planet numerous times before, love the rates, the cleanliness and basicity when all you need is a good nights rest. Booking site is very efficient too, but a guest can only chat after booking. But i want them to know that before booking, sometimes a guest wants to get more information like parking, accessibility, or any general information around a hotel's area. An overseas guest can not simply pick up a phone. I suggest to enable chat service for non-booked guests.

No more (big) discounts when booking in-app, unlike when they were still new back in 2016 or so. Actually a bit cheaper to book in their site (or even cheaper at Agoda, etc). In-stay mode/phone non-working. This app seems to have lost purpose.

Booked a room with this app. They also confirmed it that it was okay and paid. Ended up being told on the day that it wasnt been paid. That was manila bay red planet. And bernadeth was the mananger who accomodated me. It was unfair since you booked them advance for cheaper price then ended up given the regular price. Wont recommend! Inconvenient and the front desk was sarcastic.

What a slimy app. I made a reservation, came to 5500 for 3 nights with pay at hotel option. Then when I tapped book, it said the price expired and the price increased over 1k. What a scam. Just use Agoda or choose a better hotel.

I guess people mistakenly rating the hotel instead of the app (sigh) With the hotel, especially in manila area, they're 5/5 in aspects But with this app, I'll give it a 1 star sinc I can't proceed with the payment!!! And it's exhausting to wait for the loading sign

I am rating the hotel itself - if you are looking for a hotel that will give you comfort and convenience. RED PLANET HOTEL MABINI IS NOT THE ONE FOR YOU. It is where you will experience the WORST SERVICE.

I tried to book for a night and the payment channel on this app did not accept ALL my cards. It was frustrating. Please change your payment channel vendor!
