Horrible experience. I got a Bongo for my bday, but all the issues with this app spoiled the fun. Searching for a place to spend my voucher was an absolute nightmare, both through the app as well as through the mobile website. The filters are just not working. When I tried to get help I got served in Italian (I'm from Belgium). And then, when I finally found a place to book my breakfast, they provided me with wrong contact details. Maybe switch back to a paper list for now guys ...

Very bad experience Downloaded the app. Able to register voucher. But the list of experiences is too chaotic. There is no way to filter on "type of experience", nor on 1-2 persons. Doesn't help me out at all. 1 star.

The app is just like the website, useless, irresponsive, made by amateur. Constructive feedback: guys just delete the app and go learn some skills, AI will REPLACE YOU anyway.
