I have nice experienced with this aap, but sometime it works sometime it doesn't.. Developers need to be update this app cause whenever forget the password it will give you tough time to restore it... Link will Come to your registrar number within few time but when you'll reset that, the page will disappear and it shows after some time that your link has been expired... The main issue I have faced that is in log in or forget password... Else then it.. It's nice

Even the correct details are entered it cannot login, says incorrect security number and password. Done reset of password. But still the problem is same. Seems like the app cannot read/update the database. Plz rectify this issue at earliest thanks

I was having issues with my password, because i changed my phone from Samsung to Redmi..., finally i was able to reset it and when i tried to Log in, i am told it's not activate, do I want to activate Yes or No? I choose yes, and fill in my details of both Emirates ID and passport number but still but am told it's error... It's not in the system and that i should check with my company.. I really dont know what to do again

After the registration, I used it for a while and later kept rejecting my password that it's incorrect for the past 3 months. And to reset my password too is another major problem because I'm no longer using the mobile number I used to register. That mobile number was a post paid and I have stopped using it. Please I want to register with my new mobile number, how do I go about it.

I don't know what a developer are doing? Many users are facing password incorrect issues even if we changed our password successfully. This is really a headache for all of us.

I put username and password and press login but the say this user is not active than I press yes after that I but passport no and Emirates id no than I received verification OTP when I put OTP and confirm it but still showing that but the verification code
