App doesn't exit, have to close from the OS. Generally a poor UI, not intuitive, actions to use rewards vouchers flakey and I'm not sure I've ever been able to use successfully, although the club honoured them. Regular logouts seems to be a thing of the past, so that's an improvement.

My golf club, which I am a member, isn't on the list, so I can not use the app as you can only log onto your own club !

When its working its great but I often have user authentication issues where it welcomes me by name but doesnt show any classes or bookings. Very annoying as I have to uninstall and reinstall to overcome this. I also find it frustrating that if you're on a wait list for a class it doesnt let you book another class at the same time (as a back upnin case you dont get in original choice). Othereise app is good and easy to use and earlier glitches seem to have been sorted.

The app has rarely kept me logged in & when logged out I have had to reset my password most times. I had a period of occasional access. Recently it has logged me out & won't accept my password which I know is correct. I've asked at my club & they said to uninstall & reinstall. The app now won't log me in at all. it says to ask at the club but they say all they can advise is to reinstall. I have missed out on classes as I need the quick access of the app to look at timetables & for bookings.

Using my Samsung phone it is not showing my bookings and , in the past not allowed me to book classes. Previous Benton hall login worked perfectly. Have uninstalled and updated several times. Sometimes works for a while but not able to be able to rely on being able to book. Very frustrating!

It says it has installed but then is not visible to use. Please offer the older version of this app (pre 1st Feb 2023) until the issue is fixed, so some functionality can be used. This appears to be just an issue for Android users. Thanks.

Install. Uninstall. Install. Can you please sort the Android app out. It causes people to miss a place on the class they want. As others have said you Install it but it doesnt show up. I have a Samsung. V v frustrating a nd annoying.
