Given that there is no inbuilt display, this "companion" app sucks. Hard. It does not connect to my ipad (given that it's an older generation ipad, it's forgivable). I did however manage to connect to my android phone (pixel), but when I start a workout, it crashes. Everytime. Please fix the app. It needs an update soon. We've had very poor experience so far. Hope your team takes this feedback seriously.

I am editing review because if there was a option to give a negative start rating I would have done that. The flex scale and this app is a useless product and a total waste of money. Terrible app. It worked previously with glitches and now it totally stopped working. The app gets stuck at the reading and the process is just hung there. No UI response other than relaunching the app. And it still does not work.

Horrible experience, the app is only poping up message -"sometime went wrong". No other information. And i tried many times they are not sending the sms to verify mobile number and without verification i am not able to use the app. Edited the rating to 3 stars only because the support (Shubham) raponded quickly and helped to login into the application.

Hey flexnet team, great product but rhe most redundent and useless app i have come across...it doesn't work, hangs every second...cant click on buttons...kindly fix this otherwise stop this app linked product promotion... Just bought the weighing machin today and have a torrid experience already.. and please I have most of your products.

The user experience is just horrible! It takes the app 6-7 seconds just to open the home screen. After that, it's 3 clicks to finally be able to measure the weight. I mean, I selected Connect Flexscale in the first click itself so why should there be a need of any other selections? Just find the nearest scale and connect to it! Not to mention the graphs which are absolutely useless and the fact that you can't simply connect/export the readings to another app means the whole process is cumbersome

I am trying to connect my Bluetooth with the device and it's just not happening. Firstly, the device name comes up as coordinates and not flexnest. So I'm really at my wit's end with trying to connect and use the body analysis feature. It shouldn't be this complicated. Can someone from your team get in touch to help me out with this? Cleo

product is fine but the app seems be glitchy. one such glitch is that it dosent let me add a new user. it just keeps saying height is required. moreover, the gender, weight units, height units and height drodowns are empty. i believe both these issues are connected.

Its quite easy to use the app.We can easily connect and make the profile and it does give accurate weight. But some measurements are completely wrong like Body fat rate, visceral fat, muscle mass.It shows less than the true value..now is it to make me feel good or no idk 😂. On top of it the details of standard measurement is wrong .. Bone mass is 3-5% where as in app it is diff. It will be great if they even show fat weight instead of percentage..like update in app. Thank you
