(Food is amazing obv). But app has some issues. On Android, I started placing order & but decided to cancel when I was on the online payment portal from credit card. But now I've lost my loyalty points, even tho I didn't actually complete the order (plz fix this bug 🥺)

Useless app. Laggy and glitchy. Order just stucks at pending and never goes forward. Payment changes to more even if it's same order. Riders always demand extra money even if you show them the receipt. They tell you that it's more than that and we know better. Pathetic experience.

Had an awesome experience. I was hesitant to order via app but ordered anyway. I added special instructions in my order, which they complied with. My food was hot when I received it, and my drink was handled very securely, which means it didn't leak from the cup at all. 10/10 for the customer service. I placed my order on 7:10 and received it at 7:40. Timely delivery. Keep it up!

New app is very good but i am having issues 2 to 3 days order is confirmed but I don't receive any call sometime or don't receive loyalty points i had done my orders but loyalty points are 0 kindly resolve my issues

The new update and theme are great. But there needs to be an option to make a complaint in the app which directly goes in the email inbox of the CEO.

Very bad method to ask take away order can only place from app and even there is no option for COD and payment is not getting processed by app as i tried so many times

Hi Daily Deli team, You app powered by tossdown always make an unsuccessful payment for some reason. And I couldn't place my order. 😭
