Very bad service. the on/off notification go on all the time even though the car is parked and turned off. my battery was taken out multiple times due to service etc. they never called or disabled. the location of the vehicle is not accurate. the call representative don't solve your issues. I wish someone had posted the real review earlier so that people don't waste their money and time. I am pretty sure most of the positive reviews are fake.

hardly works, notifications come after the car has been on for 10 minutes or sometimes don't come at all. live location isn't accurate either. very disappointed. the app was down for 2-3 months. they charge us but do not provide even the optimum service

I have used 5/6 trackers services in Islamabad. And this one is the most pethatic one. Since installation about 2 months ago, dialy it misses the ignition alerts and many a times in app, notification are not updated for more than 12 hours. Even it dont update the position in real time. And their helpline has callous attitude. They need a shake up at every customer dealing level. Wrt your response, I send all the issues to your wattsapp number. They just read it, without ANY RESPONSE whatsoever.

Worst service ever. I kept complaining again n again and they don't even have a system to check if they are charging someone, why is the tracker not activated for almost a year. Never seen a worst management/business. In the end I stopped asking as I had paid for the year already, and it never helped me a single day Edit for response: Why this doesn't look right? Been sending emails to this address, you are just trying to play nice in public but in reality your system & management is a disaster

Very pathetic experience. They don't resolve your complaints for months. The location of the vehicle is always correct. My vehicle is parked 20 km away. And it is showing some other location. Not recommended.

I’ve had the worst experience with the TPL Tracker app and their services.When I try to log a complaint, the app throws yet another error when submitting the query. I then reached out via WhatsApp support, they asked me to log the complaint on app, This most frustrating experience I’ve ever had with a service provider. they just need to get customer money then they will not response/fixes of customer issue. futher i will not continue with there service after this contract services.

Worst tracker system. I am fed up from them. My car is in Lahore and tracker is showing it in faisalabad. Very slow rather no response from them. Totally not recommended system. Absolutely third class. My TPL app is blocked due to non payment. I am requesting TPL to tell me how to pay, as usual no response. Very unprofessional organization. Please learn how to improve customer service.

Using for like 7 months and not satisfied with the app neither with the services, my app is showing 2 cars while with same number while I have registered only one, no notification are received, TPL took more than 4 months to resolve my location issue still inconsistent.
