First trip: Got charged double the quoted price. Predatory. They bill you 5 cents every 5 seconds. Probably will report to the regulators. Second trip: the quote $44 is only the base price. They would add another price on top of it, $10 dollars for admin fees/stops/taxi fees, etc. Your experience probably depends on the driver very much. The second trip was good.

I was charged for a trip I didn't even complete. The driver never came, yet it showed as if I completed the trip and I got charged for it. No way to contact customer support or to flag out the issue. The app is really lacking.

Driver end trips before even getting to the location getting a different amount and getting charge another i used the receipt for reimbursement from work a this point I'm loosing money you better fix it

Why on Earth drivers never have the address when we get into the car?? I still don't speak their language well, so some days, it's hard to even go somewhere.
