The app is improved, but even though I can see earlier and later train services on both ways, I still can't see all of them, so I can not plan the return. Any way there is an exact number of trains in a day and not so many after all, the app should display all of them, not only 5 after current time and few before. I liked that the nearest run is highlighted for quick view.

If I could rate this app 0 stars I would. Rarely let's you know when there are delays, replacements, cancellations. The amount of times I have shown up to the station, only to find out the bus or train left 10 minutes ago because the app didn't change the time. How can you have a whole company and not be able to do the simplest job of updating your app?

Since your last update, I decided to come here and rate you 5 stars, we'll done! Biggest plus; ability to swipe to see recent departures! It used to be annoying not to be able to see the stop timings on the service you were on that *just* left the platform (you know, to see when you would arrive at a given station) - but not anymore! Completely different (better) layout meant a bit of a learning curve, but all of 2 mins and I'd figured it out. Excellent job, and keep up the good work, devs! :)

Completely useless. I keep getting no services found even though I have a ticket and know the service exists. Plus it expects you to know things like what line you want. No use to a rural person traveling to Melbourne suburbs and back, every search fails. Plus it's just the website inside of an app skin Update: I had internet, was using it the whole train ride. Your apps useless

Train time information is wrong in the app. The app will says one time, then arriving to the station to have missed the train by a few min as the actual timetable is different to the app! Not a once off, this is now wrong on most morning peak hour trains to Melbourne. Clearly recent timetable updates have not been pushed to the app. Clearly the 'next 5' departures is not live data, but just whatever the timetable is programmed in. Always been a dodgy app, now it is pointless.

This app is absolutely pointless. I travel on the Geelong line. The app alerts to cancelled trips 30-40mins after its scheduled to depart. Pointless much? I can't find the reverse way to check for trains e.g Geelong to Melbourne, then Melbourne to Geelong. Makes me input the entire trip all over again. Side by side comparison, I suggest you all go download tripview. Has all lines, routes (trams, buses and trains) in both Melbourne and Sydney. Even the lite version is better this piece of bs.

The alerts needs to be much more organised and should be shown next to the appropriate service not all of them jumbled up in one place. For eg if show a list of services from Melbourne to Geelong between 4 pm to 6 pm list them may be with a green or red A and if people want to read it the can click on it. Once the service time is passed there is no reason for commuters to see the alerts. Try to get more info on page and try being more organised

The app works, you can set your favorite service (usual journey route) and it gives you the next 5 departure times. It can even alert you of any service cancellations. The only reason I gave 4 stars is because the widget on pixel launcher can not be resized. It's fixed to 5x3. Please allow it to be 5x2 and I will make it a 5⭐ rating. Thank you for reading.
