I recently used your car wash service, but unfortunately, the washing machine did not function properly. Despite being charged, nothing happened during the wash. I requested a refund, but support informed me that it was my fault and that a refund was not possible. There was clearly an issue, as there was no water or other signs of the wash starting. While it was only 5 EUR, this experience has led to a loss of trust in your service. Unfortunately, you have lost a customer over this.

What would otherwise be a good app is ruined by their support staff. One if the self service wash points 'ate' my euro for napkins. Called their support. They responded in local language (LT), but could not help due to whatever reason - weekend and agreed to refund the next day. This did not happen. Because it's just a euro i didn't pay attention until next time i used the service. This time the support would not speak in Lt and said would only receive claims in english, estonian and russian..

Useful app, but you used my gps to track me when I literally was not using the app and hadn't used it in a while. This is not okay. I never went near airports and the only time i did, suddenly I get a surprise notification about a good parking deal in that airport. Coinsidence?

If something goes wrong, it will go wrong completely. I was parking with it practically every business day. But when mistakenly forgot to do it, will send fine. If you make mistake in fine payment, they will return money without a notice and will send it to collectors. Thank you, Barking! You were not happy that I'm paying you every day for more than a year? I won't anymore. Can't respod, so I'll edit it. Problem was not in your system, but support not willing to cooperate and blaming customer.

For every transaction, there's a charge of 0.2 EUR. Even if you wish to finish an already started wash by paying an extra 1 EUR, you'll be charged an additional 0.2 EUR. Moreover, there's no option to reclaim the unused balance. This system encourages users to pay in smaller amounts, subjecting them to a 0.2 EUR charge for each transaction. It seems a bit too profit-oriented. Do not recommend.

Doesn't work Typing in my phone number, I just get a "Not allowed" error message and can't proceed.

Out of plusses I can mention easy app use. It was my first time and downloading and paying was very swift. Out of minuses I'd say you are better off using the local parking as there is no "handling fee".

This app doesn't work at all. I've downloaded it then tried to start but after I put my phone number and license plate number nothing happens. App is always on the same screen with authorization. I'm very disappointed. Apparently, there is no way to park in Tallinn
