So far, so good with the app. My Bluetooth devices are syncing with the app, and I see the information going into my shared vitals section. I do find it odd that the time gets entered in the app correctly, but everything is showing up in shared vitals 3 hours after. Maybe it doesn't account for time zones? I don't see a way to adjust the time settings in the app. Other than that, so far, so good! This makes it so much easier to log my daily values for my doctor to review-I used to do this manual

Unable to connect to Google Fit account (prompts for account then never brings up the page to give permissions to the app), does not have the option to connect to Samsung Health, and has a limited selection of devices to connect to. Weight Gurus and Withings products/apps are not available. I'm happy that the VA has made an effort to connect to health-tracking apps and devices, perhaps if it allowed for manual entries I could use it. Until then I can't use this app to share data with the VA.

Logged in but can't sync to Google fit. The app is not up to security standards for syncing data with a Google account (according to them) and that's why they Google does not give the authorization to sync. So... The VA doesn't have the same security protocols as Google 🤔🙄 I'll keep the data on my phone and just show my providers when I go in for appointments, and they can do the work manually. Upon working with Google: Access blocked: Third-party app is using an unsupported OAuth method.

I can't get the SMHD app to connect with A&D BP monitor. Have uninstalled the app, rebooted my phone and the BP monitor, and re-installed the app. Still the same issue. The A&D app for the monitor worked well, but I removed from my phone thinking it may be interfering with the SMHD app. Nope, the issue continues.

Several issues re: usability. 1) doesn't allow auto fill for login 2) doesn't stay logged in between uses 3) doesn't connect to Google Fit. 4) isn't compatible with Google's Health Connect

Takes forever to update. A week ago it errors every category and now doesn't allow sign in

Using samsung s24 ultra, app is in a login loop. Goes through login page, password, verification, then back to login. This is regardless of id.me or myhealthevet. I have un-installed and reinstalled x4. Update: I tried calling the 5947 number and everyone I spoke with had no clue about this app and they were in every other department. I have tried to contact with no avail on several occasions. I even put in a support help ticket.

I connected to my Fitbit account but no data was imported. I attempted to connect to my Google fit account and I got access blocked and to contact the developer. This app needs to be updated, revamped or done away with.
