Stop asking to turn on notifications! This is the darkest of dark and annoying patterns! Next highly irritation issue : doesn't reset options in the ordering screen. So if there is an option far down the list selected it will still be in the next order. Dumb. Next: if you select dine in, it doesn't automatically check the table number, requires an extra step.

Love the intentions of this app to support local Aussie businesses as much as possible compared to the likes of Uber Eats, however a few flaws and ended up uninstalling. As someone who is in mandatory isolation in a hotel, I could not put in the address of the hotel manually for delivery. App assumes your address based on geolocation, and it is not always accurate. And moving the location marker is not always useful either. Option to enter address manually would help!

Easy to view lo al menus, no samsung or Android pay integration or paypal either, so needed to have a CC on me to make the app work, I think they have Apple pay but don't know for sure. I've now deleted the app and will continue to pay at the counter. The 2 points were for the menu visibility and the ability to sort an order via the digital menu before headed ro the counter to pay.

I order my daily coffee at Frankies through the app without issue. However, I was gifted an egift voucher in November and unable to load it. Since November I have made contact via the help and support in the app a number of times. Absolutely no response. I have called and text several times 0448000246, the number provided to me as bopple contact, with absolutely NO response at all. I'm not okay to forfeit a $100 gift.

This app is unreliable as it frequently won't open on my phone. Also, despite having the function to enter a payment option, it wont save it. It will only provide Google pay as a pre-selected option, which I don't want to use.

Order at Hello handy cairns, took an hour to get the food, took the venue 30min just to accept the order. Will never use this app again. Also was very hard to read the menu, I used the paper menu to find what I wanted, the only reason I used the app was to skip the queue, but people at the end of the queue left before I got my krder Uninstall

Would rate 0 stars if I could. No support when there are issues with the order. 'Support request' submitted through the app as never answered. I placed a large order for 7 people, did not receive it but was charged anyway. Neither the restaurant nor Bopple took any responsibility for it. Did not receive my refund. No phone number available to contact Bopple. No accountability.

Was working fine now a new version automatically installed and can login, can't reset password. Like I dont even have an account anymore. Feel like I can't trust this app anymore since it has my credit card details and can't even manage data so who knows what's happened to my credit card details now as well???
