This app used to be much better. It used to provide a live map that showed exactly where the bus was along the route along with how long it was going to be. In its current form it did at least tell you when it would arrive at the stop, but now it only shows it's scheduled time, if it's late it just shows the next scheduled bus for the stop. You could also use the stop number to locate the stop but that no longer is an option.

Horrible app. Looks nice but is useless. You have to book a seat on a bus to be able to see a map, then it shows where the bus is which is nice but it won't show where the route you are going is, and it won't show what bus you need to take to get to your destination. No wait times shown. No routes shown. No bus schedules shown. Payment option and an account before you can even look at a schedule. Worst public transit in the country and a shiny useless app to go along with it.

Sub par app, It's not bad looking and is usually accurate on when busses come, however the main issues is the bugs and lack of schedules, it'd be nice for newbies like me to see routes to places around north bay and where it stops so I can plan out my routes effectively, sadly though there 0 schedules; plus as it stands right now the app is unstable, no matter the time or updates it just gives me the "our schedule is ___" EVEN THOUGH ITS LIKE 1PM ON A SATURDAY! needs fixes and schedules!

Could be a fantastic way to get around town, problem is, it's highly dependent on when you ask them to find you a bus, and from where. I know the buses can't be everywhere at once, but would it not be more efficient to allow us to schedule when we need a ride? I finish work at 8, so the app telling me that a bus is coming in 1 minute at 7:50 isn't going to cut it, and I really don't want to have to wait in the cold for 30 minutes for the next one! Otherwise, the app seems to work decently enough, it's just that rather major flaw really.

The way the system works is stupid and garbage, they make you go past the stop you want and then proceed to take you on an extended trip just to your destination. The wait times are ridiculous at times and I end up sometimes an hour and a half after mystify just to get home. They need to get rid of this service and go back to a normal bus schedule. The bus scheduling is inconvenient enough. Then adding dynamic dispensing to this makes it even worse. The drivers will also ignore your requests.

This app should really say that you need to book a bus after 7pm because it doesn't my friend and I were both locked off of the bus because we didn't book a ride. Get rid of this app and put the bus schedules back to the way they were. We aren't in COVID times anymore.

So many people have complained about how trash the system and app is but there is no action to resolve it. Its been since 2 years no action to fix it yet. They come for a circus show in the college and university to learn for feedbacks but it all goes in the Trash Bin and never worked on the solution. Useless.
