App no longer opens since the update, at least not on Android device

Been using for over 5 years. Has happened before where I had trouble finding some courses, but figured it out by widening my search. But now I can't find a local course that I found just last year. Unable to locate another local course also. Thought maybe there was an update I needed, but nothing available. Had to enter course manually. Hope I got the data right!

this app is so much worse than the Ghin system, it seems VSGA doesn't want any customers. four years with no issues, now I can not even get my account open. I tried to delete and reinstall the new app, can't even see how to do that.Does anyone recommend a user friendly handicap service, that doesn't make you keep entering your acc number?

The latest Android version 4.4.0 does not close properly. After exiting and reentering all of the functions including the ability to see your handicap are not available. A forced stop of the app is required to return the app to normal operations.

I have been using this app for a few years with no trouble, but since the 11/24/24 update, the app will no longer load !! My brother has same issue.

The app worked well. I got a new phone, downloaded the new app, tried to bring up a courses I couldn't. I called VSGA on 11/17/20, left a message, to date 11/22/20 I have never received a call back.

After waiting for a month the date issue still is not fixed. I can't access the date and therefore cannot post my score. I have uninstalled the app and reinstalled with no change whatsoever.
