The app worked well until just recently. Now when I log into the DVR using it's IP address, the search/time seek feature doesn't work right. If I drag the seek bar forward or backward from the current time, it shifts ahead or back 12 hours instead 20 minutes. If the seek ltimer bar shows that I am seeking 20 minutes ago when I stop seeking, the DVR playback is from 12 hours ago instead of 20 minutes ago. This part used to work properly but just started doing this. Oddly, if I log in using a remote connection instead of my local network's IP address for the DVR, seeking works properly. I don't think it's the DVR because using the CMS application on my PC works fine when moving forward or backward through time. Si U believe the time markers on the actual recordings are correct. I don't know if it was something to do with an update to the app or if the time change caused an issue, but it's definitely much less useful now as I have to log in using a remote connection to review recorded footage. Another noticeable issue that has started recently: If you select a date/time to view recorded footage, it will start viewing footage an hour earlier. The date/time on the recording are accurate as verified in the Windows CMS application. Seeking to a date/time in the Windows CMS application works properly. It's only the Android phone app that seems to have this issue so I don't think it's a problem with the hardware.

I originally installed HD Viewer. My AVG antivirus app warned that the HD Viewer app was Malware. I contacted Tigersu by email. They responded right away and suggested that I try this app instead. So far I have no complaints and AVG does not detect Malware when scanning this app.

Sorry, at least on the Samsung s21 ultra the update was worse. Update kept asking for username and password. I reverted back to previous version and all was good.

App works fine. Remember to use Mobile Data only ... Dont use Wireless to connect. Takes a while to connect. Be patient ...

This works WAY better than the Tiger app. I almost had buyers remorse with the Tiger DVR

Does NOT connect locally or remotely to older DVR H.264 systems ...unlike SoCatch.
