If I could give this app zero stars, I would. It’s astonishing that in this day and age, an app as poorly developed and utterly useless as this one could make its way onto the Play Store, let alone be endorsed by a state government. From the moment I installed this app, I’ve been trapped in a seemingly endless loopof frustration. The user interface looks like it was thrown together with zero thought or care, and buttons don’t work, navigation is clunky, and the experience is horrible

How hard is it to provide a exact copy of the bill? It's not even available online. With older meters and newer meter reading device, most meter readers are not providing a printed copy of the bill either. AE's are busy with revenue collection, not interested in taking care of this issue. Some here say "Good" - Good in what way? Without bill copy, bill date and meter readings in the summary, which are all basic information, what is the use of this app???

I pretty much liked everything about the app but expect few changes which can make the app more user friendly and helpful. 1. The UI of the app needs a refresh as it looks outdated from the look wise. And sometimes it loads slow. 2. When you add multiple Unique Service Numbers (USN) belonging to a single Customer within same address location. Then there should be option to enter Title/Description Notes to make the user easy to understand which USN meter belongs to which flat of building.

Worst! I have been paying electricity bill 0nli e for the last 9 years online comfortably. When I registered this, I am not able to feed my cell phone number since the registration form is accepting only Nine digits instead of Ten. This is one example. I have been trying the whole day but with out success. Instead of simplifying, they have spoiled the same.

Useless app. Contact nunber given in app does not connect. Have to enter service id every time i have to check something. Submitting complaint during power outage feature does not work. Officers information page does not load. Havent tried the pay bill feature, but dont really have high hopes for it now. This app is the equivalent of a government office. On paper you can get everything done, in reality you have no hope.

Worest experience I recently used the TGSPDCL app to pay my electricity bill, and it was a frustrating experience. The app's interface is not user-friendly, making navigation difficult and confusing. Even worse, TGSPDCL doesn't offer any alternative payment options. This limitation forces users to rely solely on the app, which is unreliable and prone to technical issues. I hope TGSPDCL addresses these issues soon, but until then, I cannot recommend this app to anyone.

No notifications option which gives bill alerts. They just went back in time like the old days that we have to get out of the modern recurring payment methods using bank and other payment wallet apps. Even if they have insisted to use this app. Why not make it better? I don't get a notification or any alerts when using the app to know when the bill is generated and to pay them by. This is very useless in this new era. Make this better or go back to giving the payment options to use other apps.

Needs to be improved alot. 1. After payment of bills online, invoice should be made available on app for download or view for future references. 2. Payments made are not updated on the app immediately, it takes almost a month. 3. Provide meter reading for the billing month. Many such options can be added in the app itself. This changes will help the consumers to access the units utilized and use effectively.
