I have since downloaded the app and it's incredibly glitchy with endless error messages flagging for no reason, which also prevents me from setting up an account through a verification procedure that requests unnecessary personal data. Quite dissapointing in all honesty as i was hopeful of utilising your service moving forward.

I was keen to use Consol to build up my tan ready for a holiday, but having downloaded the app in order to register and start using the beds, the app crashed at the video point. This happened consistently until I reached a point of exhaustion, and gave up trying. I will go to your competition just down the road, as others are doing.

Useless! Downloaded 10 times over 3 different devices. Crashes at the exact same point halfway through the long and fiddly verification process every time. Reported to customer service. From the reviews I'm not the only one and it's been an issue since 2021. I'd be very concerned about putting myself on a high-powered sunbed run by a company that can't run a simple app or respond to known problems. I would certainly not trust such a shambolic company with my money and my very personal data!

I have to create an account use app. Part of creating an account requires me to video myself reading something but every time I click to record the app crashes and I have to start from the beginning. This has happened 6x over the past few days so I am unable to create an account (or use the app). Very frustrating!

I had 12 gold stars did not win the grand prize,, was only given 35 minutes free, no free birthday minutes, goggles , or bottle of water , was very disappointed in the false advertising,, nowadays the beds at consol weston super mare are always dirty and the floor and the chair inside .. it takes me ages to clean cream off the sun bed just because the last user could not be bothered and the people that work there don't check every time the bed is used,, haven't been back for a while..

Pointless. There was one person working in the studio. Not helpful at all. The app kept kicking me out every time I tried to verify my account so I had to start my sign up over again. I gave up after the second time it kicked me out because the woman there wouldn't help.

Wants all your ID without going near a sunbed, including drivers licence or passport. Suspicious of an app that wants all information required to get a loan or a credit card. Collecting personal information completely unnecessarily is in contravention of the Data Protection Act. I'd guess they're selling it on.
