All you need to operate this app is the necessary hardware, consisting of the gateway and at least one sensor of your choice (e.g. MOBILE ALERTS Starterkit MA 10001 Set) and an internet connection.
Via the Internet connection and the gateway, the MOBILE ALERTS app enables you to call up all the information from your home on your smartphone anywhere in the world. The sensors permanently monitor the current data and report malfunctions automatically and immediately via push notification to your smartphone, whereby greater damage can be avoided by targeted action.
The simple installation enables every user to monitor the house at any time in just 5 steps:
Once you have downloaded the permanently free MOBILE ALERTS app from the Appstore, it is immediately ready for use after installation thanks to Plug&Play.
A personal registration is not necessary.
Now connect the gateway to the power supply unit and your router.
Then insert batteries in the selected wireless sensors.
Open the app, scan in the codes of the wireless sensors and you can access all the recorded data with your smartphone and check the current status of your home - anytime, anywhere.
The whole process is completed within 2 minutes at the latest.
The app's self-explanatory, graphical user interface is intuitive to use and can be individually adapted to your needs. Define an individual name for each wireless sensor and set up specific alarm limits yourself. If these alarm limits are exceeded, the wireless sensors immediately report the fault to your smartphone and thus offer you the PLUS in security.
The MOBILE ALERTS system can be expanded with many other wireless sensors as required. In addition to temperature monitoring, these provide additional data on air humidity, water temperature, leaking water, information on open and closed windows or doors and much more.
The MOBILE ALERTS system can be used with many other IoT systems via the Conrad Connect IoT platform. In addition, there is support for the common language assistants.

Very useful app, have sensors installed at 2 homes and can check each from the other. Push notifications not available, though, despite the "Info" option saying they are. Push would be very useful but there's no option to set them up. Customer support told me what to do, but the options described are not present!

This app does what it is supposed to but to be honest it is probably one of the ugliest apps I've seen, and I've seen some bad ones. The setup of the sensors is super easy though and works fine (very good concept behind that thing to back it up!). It could use a major overhaul! Also some tiny bugs in there but then again, it does what it is supposed to. Inform yourself correctly before judging (not all sensors will show a graph, thanks to the API I wrote my own little app and got graphs there, so if that's what you're into, it's definitely working!). Two stars deducted though because of the terrible user experience UI wise!
A Google user
App interface is old-fashioned, clunky and weird. It shows limited information. No widgets. The main screen is dominated by ads for other products. Overall a massive disappointment. :( It could either be minimalist and sleek or comprehensive and interesting with lots of data, but unfortunately it's neither.

The app is not well done and is very slow. Since a while rain gauge info is visible in the app with a huge delay up to one week (and all consolidated on one day). Support is not willing to look at the case, just telling to return the device. Strongly advice you looking for another brand.

Perfect online temperature-& humidity overview with in my case 38 sensors & 4 gateways! The data-server sometimes - not thaaat often - isn't reachable for hours, but we (the customers) learned to manage these issues 😉!
A Google user
App works well. But points to improve: 1) Option to download several days, or all 90 days, directly as CSV or Excel or Google sheets or similar file. 2) Option to remove the ads at tje lower screen part, as I already purchased your sensors I think many customers would be happy and and it would promote your business.

I use it for push alarms about power outages in our village. It works well for that and tracks weather changes so I can make sure plants are protected or watered.

Plus: Older Android version supported. Minus: Transfer sensors from other phone not works. No landscape mode. Stopped working: I/O error during system call.
