Super "glitchy" and tech support is non-existent. I have the PAID version and one of the main features, sharing data between team members, has completely stopped working. I have tried re-syncing the data multiple times and that does nothing to address or resolve the issue. My husband and I use the app to track our pup's activities, especially potty breaks. But if we can't see each other's recorded data, there is no point in continuing to pay and use this app.

For a paid subscription, this is way too glitchy and no customer service. We had a lot of issues with entries not showing up or disappearing. Contacted customer service through the app and never heard back after several weeks. Would be good if it was a one-time purchase but can't justify the subscription costs.

this app has been tremendously helpful in keeping our new puppy on a routine. my one frustration though is that reminders are sorted by date created rather than the time of the reminder. so if you add them in the order of 3pm, 8am, 1pm, the app doesn't sort it to 8am, 1pm, 3pm. it remains in the order you created them. same issue with the "reminders" in the "Activities" page calender.

I paid a one time fee to unlock the features of the app and now those features are being held ransom demanding me to pay more to use them. In addition, the app is slow to open and even slower to record events. If you have plenty of time and money, you may find the app useful. Update: I was signed in. Signed out and back in to see if it made a difference. All of my information was wiped from existence. Even the reply sent from app owner. App thinks I never paid the unlock fee.

Tried multiple apps and this was the best option for tracking my puppy's activities. It is very easy to add an activity. I wish the progress view helped showed timing trends instead of just counting the frequency. You can see a summary view of an activity to get the data so still helpful to find the pattern as we are housebreaking and training

Great app for logging doggy activities and allowing other users to participate from another device. This was key in our decision to download and ultimately buy the app. The visual buttons for feeding, pooping, crating, etc are very helpful and the functionality (ease of entering the activity and details) was very much appreciated. It's difficult to think of any improvements. Thanks!

Update: This app was fantastic. However, I recently switched phones and have had trouble accessing the app. I have been trying for several months to get back into my subscription, and the management team has been utterly useless in making this work. I pay $5/month for the features and can't even get a message back to help me login. I was really enjoying everything about this app, but the lack of customer service from a team I'm paying $5/mo is horrifying. Would recommend finding a different app.

I really like that this app allows me and my household to track my puppys habits all in one place. I woul love however if they could fix some issues like allowing us to see the timeline that we see from the calandar screen in the compare screen as well. Also the weight chart in the timeline under compare is very inaccurate and doesnt correspond properly with the weights I've logged.
