I do like this app. I use it all the time! I have got two issues. 1st,I would like a straight link to the menu and nutrition page. The 2nd one is emails from you many times says look in your app's coupon page for deals, but there are never any deals there. I also miss the opportunity to add money to my account that you offer before the big app upgrade. It was good to know that I had credit on my app so we could still go out for coffee when we were out of cash. I use the app all the time.

Keeps crashing on my Samsung galaxy S6 smart phone after installation. Putting your birthday in is a big hassle. Very disappointing! I have tried installing it under 2 email accounts. I have found that it works with my Samsung Tab A tablet. But I am not going to carry this around with me. Please place a post on the Play Store web page stating that this app is unsuitable for my phone and any others. This app should be withdrawn until the bugs are fixed. Still no fix after months of complaints!

I don't think this app is very good. not yet anyway. It needs to be more user friendly and more bugs fixed. It glitches a lot and we have trouble with it at the counter. It needs to be scanned twice just so it can pick up the transactions. Sometimes it doesn't show your rewards balance. I preferred the old app. It worked better. When you brought in the new app, my previous rewards were wiped from the system and though it wasn't much i wasn't happy that I lost those rewards.

This app used to be good but in recent months it has misbehaved regularly. It doesn't update the credit or transaction list for weeks, then suddenly it will for a day. The settings page is completely broken. Every item either does nothing or crashes the app. At least the barcode to scan seems to work, and the back end seems to have correct data. Others have said all this. Also, as someone else said, this app MUST integrate with the "at table" online ordering.

Been a member with CC for years. Staff at the Kippa Ring store are amazing and they have even tried to help with my app. For at least 6-8 months now I have been unable to use my app to get rewards. I dine at least once a week sometime twice and spend quite a bit of money as there are usually 4 of us dining. It really irritates me that my app doesn't work. The older version of the app was perfect the newer one is useless. Now missing out on my free rewards. NOT HAPPY AT ALL!!!!!

I have been a member of the CC for many years now, so I have seen the loyalty program through its various stages, and I would have to say that this App is extremely poor by comparison to the one it replaced. It regularly fails to accurately reflect the accrued loyalty savings, requiring the App to be shut down and restarted. This is not only an imbuggerance for me, but the Store owners as well.

This app does not work on some Samsung S6 or S7 phones. The writers of this app have been telling customers that they are working on "the problem" for months now with no change to it's status. If it can't be fixed, be honest and let customers know that you haven't been able to make it work. I personally have uninstalled the app and tried reinstalling it multiple times with no success.

I'm having similar issues to everyone else. App freezes everytime I open it. There's also been a sign up at my local CC stating due to technical issues they are unable to scan the rewards card. It's been there for a while now! A different coffee shop had issues recording rewards so they offered 10% off purchases for rewards members. Perhaps this is something for you guys to look at in the meantime as it seems many people are disappointed with this app.
