I've been trying to connect my cell phone to the camera for a month and a half and after connecting via WiFi, it sticks Loading.. I don't know what, I managed to open a case with customer service, they asked me for video and explanation and they asked me for the same thing three times. In the end they answer me the same, to get closer to the camera, to make sure I am connected. When the video shows you that the whole problem is after being connected to the WiFi, they themselves don't know how

Camera itself is good, but the app is complete disaster. After registration it kicked me out couple of times, and last night it displayed that my account doest not exist. I had to register again with the same email address and it went through, which is weird. Support chat displays only Chinese with no translation option. Account registration is complicated as you have to wait for the email with the code. You have 60 sec to enter the code and email hits your inbox not earlier than 45 sec.

Camera is fine, it works great but this app is hot garbage, the worst thing I have ever had the displeasure of using, constantly disconnects if you can even get it connected in the first place, trying to download videos with this app is the worst hell. Literally ruins the whole experience of using the azdome camera I'd return this thing if I didn't get it for a gift just be cause the app sucks so bad.

I payed for my m330 more than what it worth.. i can't check last videos ,, always the date wrong 2080 .. and there's no way to fix it in the app .. i tried ones to check an emergency situation but all the videos are disordered.. i payed the fee without finding the video!!!!

I really regret buying this camera. Because it can only record 3 minutes loops. It cannot record 20 minutes or 30 minutes cycle . It is really ridiculous in this age of technology. The RangeTour brand camera I used before could record 20 minutes. Need to update immediately

Application doesn't allow any modifications of the video settings. This is a great product, but the image of the rear view camera is reversed, which is confusing and dangerous when driving as you may confuse the location of a fast-moving vehicle behind your car. Trying to get a hold of customer service is challenging.

FOUND FIX Terrible, updated and now Makes you log In with user name and since I have lost all connection to my camera. Can't connect to it at all. It is utterly useless to me. Was a great camera and app until the update, now it's kinda worthless as you have to pull the card out. UPDATE W/FIX For those having problems since the update, i couldn't access camera or files download Viidure-dashcam viewer. It works just like this one did before the update. Will be getting a different camera next time.

When I bought it few years back worked great now the app doesn't work camera keeps disconnecting can't even view the video now as the app is saying operating too fast
