insanely unreliable, power hungry, and glitchy. easily one of the worst apps I've ever had the misfortune of having to use. work forces me to use it otherwise I'd never use this app again. ridiculously pathetic considering how well-known and expensive alldata is.

Tried it once in 2018, sends you back to the login screen after putting in your credentials. Tried it again just a few minutes ago, sends you back to the login screen after putting in your credentials. It is a very consistent bug because I actually have a different phone then the one from 2018 (Note 8) with the one used today that has been factory reset a couple days ago. (Note 9)

Worst App I have used! Very disappointed. I have been a user of the previous version of AllDataDiy. It wasn't an app but worked great on my Android phones. I can't even log into the new app without having a change password link sent to my email. I thought the issue may be that I used my email for my username. So I attempted to add an username to my account once logged in. It said that at this time Usernames can't be changed. This is a paid subscription and totally unacceptable.

Completely forgot about this app, and that it doesn't even work! Turns out I have been paying $35/month for about 3 years of an app I assumed was included with the $175/month I pay already. They will cancel it starting next billing period, but weren't willing to credit or work me any other deal. Would have never realized it if the card I pay with didn't process on my last payment. Surprisingly, their online payment system finally works, still had to call to change anything though.

I have been an all data customer for as long as I can remember (15-20 years) to expect a professional repair shop to pay a monthly fee for such a low quality device that doesn't compare to any professional scanner is one thing, but to make them pay for mobile version of a website that we already pay for in 2021 is poor service. Mobile versions of programs are an expectation in this day and age. I will continue my subscription with alldata however very frustrated by this

Things changed at AllData and I now can't access my DIY repair info. I just renewed my monthly subscription and couldn't access my repair product. I called and the rep said the app is only for the professional products (very expensive!) It wasn't like this earlier this year. She said I must use a browser to access my product. This was not mentioned in the app description. Very disappointed and angry. Hey Google, are you really going to allow this deceit to continue? Why have an app?

This is actually I geat app. In order for the mobile app to work right you need to either subscribe to collision or the repair . This is for everyone complaining it doesn't work. It clearly states requires subscription.

Thought it was ridiculous that it was a free app the only thing that was free was the app everything inside of it cost you $200 a month but you don't say that you put the word free into trick people into thinking you're getting a free app nice job way to go marketing divisions very well done
