When it works, it's great. Every time I take a picture I'm booted to the dashboard. I've asked our administrator and he's at a loss. Multitasking is not an option with office track. I can't be on the phone and add pictures at the same time. Frustrating☹️

I would have given this app a 5star, but a sent work can't be edited, or called back when a mistake has been detected, This issue causes a lot of problem, would be nice if it can be resolved, imagine u going back to a site to resolve an issue u could have resolved on site, but can't because u have already sent the work..e.g in the case of preventive maintenance (servicing). Thanks, pls let your developers look into this.

We are seeing different pages. My point is why don't you create more photo space in corrective page? Because that page contains before and after, but in incidents report you just take pics any howly at the end u must explain to the client to choose what exactly happened.

Please, what can done to stop this app auto start that frequently appear on the phone screen and trying to override other activities on my phone, this is disheartening, and I also discovered that am not the only one experiences this error from the app.

I am very unhappy as at this moment, I have been trying to manage this but today this happened again...in the Antenna inventory, the Delete button does not have a warning action, whereby when an Engineer is done with his work, while trying to review, he taps the review botton by mistake, there should be a warning before the whole page is deleted... Today I was tapping the forward bottom and the page deleted from 41 to 29, this has caused me to revisit the site.. Please they should be an upgrade

If you were considering using this app to manage time, jobs, or employees for your company please consider other options. This app and the others in this suite are full of ambiguous and confusing language with little or no in-app guidance, a confusing and time-wasting user interface, and despite these things being dreadfully obvious to even the most inexperienced developers it has remained that way for years. I will gladly provide examples upon request.

The app is great. But my problem with it is that when there's lost of phone or a crash, and you replace the app, it's difficult to login even with the initial details and on same phone.
