Used to be my favorite game but now there is a ticket system to play each level this has genuinely single handedly ruined the game for me there was no need for this like at all unless the point is to get more money from the adds you have to watch to get the tickets which if that's the case this game has changed for the worse and so have the ppl who made it

There's no option to contact support. But I will say that for some reason I can't link my Google Play account to it now. I lost all my 2017 data, and it doesn't let me link my account in any shape or form. The share function for photos also doesn't work.

There is a limit on how much you can play. U need to watch ads or buy tickets... Not a good app for wasting any more than 5 min at a time

I've been playing this game since it came out and frankly this update destroyed the game. The layout is frustrating, the random Korean in which was never there originally is confusing. There's no incentive to get combos anymore because you can just play mindlessly like you used to, now you're forced to go through level stages. I hate this update genuinely, especially because the screen will take up my whole entire phone screen in which I can see my camera and it just looks awful and stretched.

Ive had this game for a long time. Stopped playing for a bit and came back. All my progress was gone, cosmetics and dogs. So I was like okay. I just started again but now the daily missions have stopped working and my puppy's no longer give me stars per day. So I'm done, you'd think with how long this game has been going they would have this major bug sorted but no.

Used to love this game, regret updating it. The whole point of the game, getting large combos for big rewards, is totally gone. It's way too easy and you can only do a few levels at a time. It doesn't even occupy my time anymore, it's just outright boring to play. Takes a few seconds to beat a level, so you only get maybe a few minutes of play out of it.

This app is amazing - 11/10 would recommend. It's great; engaging and cute, with an amazing, simple, and easy to understand system that doesn't have the overbearing complexity that certain games do. It's great and relaxing, you get enough rewards and new things to really feel that you're accomplishing things, and it's fun - a rare but great find. Also, I love the way that you get gems, but the only thing I wish is that there was a way you could get more, even after you've watched the ads

This is one of the few games I can play without turning my wifi and data off due to ads. The few ads there are don't interrupt gameplay or make noise. The art style and little animations are very cute. There's an option to buy stars but it's still possible to get them in game (At least a hundred every day) and everything else can be earned in-game as well.
