I didn't use the app for 3 years and... this version is actually quite good. Good layout, informative, good charts, energy advice made sense, in english. As I like to find gaps, I admit - well done team, I'm a happy customer. Just please don't fix if it ain't broken....😉

Usefull app to manage yr energy usage in combination with solar panels app and homewizard app.

Not usable since the redesign. My customer overview shows my name is "null". I cannot access insight in my usage. I do get notifications from the app, but they lead me to non working pages. I tried to fix it by logging out and in again, and now it just says "access refused" when I try to log in, even after changing my password. Please test before releasing, or consider a rollback until this is fixed.

Since the upgrade, the dashboard doesn't work anymore, n saying Smart meter malfunction when it's not. Spoke to customer service, their adv not helpful at all as it didn't work. Pls review your upgrade version. Else it used to work very well n provide good insights of usage each month.

Bad experience! The doesn't work properly. It only shows the monthly consumption. Other functions just keep loading forever and never show anything. And when you call for assistance you have to wait a lot before you are helped. In the end the problem is not solved. I wouldn't recommend the services of Eneco.

Data is around 4 days behind. Some data will be showed at the wrong date. Rounding is inconsistent. Showing 5.32 kWh and 5 kWh on the same page. Total Net deliverer solar kWh's seem to be over a week old. Fixed cost always shows 0, but the bill shows otherwise. If you want to monitor your usage and cost, this is not the App to do it. Annoying animations in the App slows it down. I now use P1monitor in my home instead. It shows me everything in real time in a consistent way.

The comma that separates the values is often discarded so you end up with crazy numbers. For example, I had 11.72 and the app registered 1172. I cannot fix it and eneco refuses to do so. You will say that I made a mistake, but no, this happens only in the android app and not in the iPhone one. So something is wrong here.

Worse, it only reflects the new pricing as calculated from the beginning of this year with the new prices of July. Till June I should receive BACK almost €250 and now suddenly it is calculated + €350!!!! Didn't even used t Al my monthly payments yet and still have a balance left so how come to pay extra. Not working for me this way!!!
