My boarding passes are always incomplete! Why no flight times?! Trying to find flight times on boards at larger airports when you have a quick layover is ridiculous. I like this airline, but this app is trash. No gate info or boarding/flight times on a boarding pass is the dumbest thing ever. Boarding passes should have times, gates, terminals, etc. Useless app! When booking it never remembers KTN or credit card info. Completely useless.

Man, the new UI is wonky. Buttons covering up text, etc. on some screens. But thanks for the button to swap origin and destination airports in search. How about allowing filtering on the search page, not just on the search results page? For example I want to see the Main fares for non-stop, morning flights in calendar view.

Of all the things Alaska could look to tinker with (still waiting years for an ability to use Wallet Funds and Discount Codes!) They changed the Booking UX to something worse than awful. Especially bad if you are trying to use miles. It's not that I don't like design change, it's that it's now so much more time consuming to have to click into each and every flight. Alaska has actually made it harder to buy from them.

The latest UI redesign is terrible. So much more screen real estate taken up, with less information. I really miss being able to screenshot an entire round trip flight in one screen. Perhaps that was intentional... to make it harder to compare prices for various trips? Please bring back the more compact booking screens!

Not awful but the refresh rate is terrible especially considering my flights always seem to have multiple gate changes. Some of it is refreshes can take place in the background but there isn't any visual indication on screen. When I open the app and see N3 that's where I'm heading, I'm not going to wait sixty seconds just in case it's updating.

I DO NOT like the updated RT flight selection screen. Used to be able to see all flights both ways, now have to select a To flight to see the Return. It's a gimic and I see right through it!!! You're tracking clicks so you can jack up the price as people search and select! I know you're game, NOT COOL ALASKA!

Very frustrated with Alaska Air. I called last night questioning the price shooting up when finishing booking a flight, they said they didn't work like other airlines (who take the more expensive day in a round-trip flight and base charge you that), they seperate your departing and return flight prices and add them up at the end. The CSR I spoke with was terrible. He wasn't listening and would talk about something completely unrelated to what I said. He wouldn't even take a suggestion/note.

A helpful companion to their Visa! Once I had time to play with all of the aspects within the app, I found it all very helpful. Making the most of your miles works especially well, if you book in advance so there are more flight options. This is essential if you want to go on an international trip.
