Very helpful once you get past the learning curve. There are so many transportation options in the area that it is hard to navigate on your own. Glimble helps to simplify the process as well as purchasing and keeping up with your tickets. PRO TIP (at least for me) The bus does not automatically stop at all locations. You have to hit a stop button (located throughout the bus) just before reaching your stop.

Could not buy the correct ticket on Ameland. The search for stops is very bad as it only suggested addresses instead of bus stops, had to click on the map. And why can't I choose a time a little before the trip, so the way by foot does not count as starting time? Also why do I need internet connection to view my ticket? Don't get a confirmation mail or so as backup (pdf)? Also can't do a backup screenshot.Did the developers ever use the app?Try adding passenger and set birthday. Good luck!!!

This is a wonderful idea. My only two complaints are as follows: 1. The bus halte arrival times are consistently inaccurate. 2. That the app habitually ignores the bus halte closest to me, and there is no option to buy for it. I can see that this bus is in service but the app creates the route, not me. I have mobility challenges and the app sends me to stops far away from me, even if I modify the filters in my favor. Can this be addressed?

Many drivers don't know of the app's existence and are unsure of how to validate the tickets. The app would also benefit from some kind of real time update on the state of buses, since I've had to refund a few purchases after the bus failed to show up, making me miss appointments. As for the rest, the app works smoothly and plans travel routes properly. Not a bad experience overall.

Concept: good. Execution: poor. - Live travel advice and tracking are often misleading and inaccurate - Best travel advice between Home and Work are often significantly longer than other routes - After not using the app for a few days, "updating routes" takes annoyingly long (both on wifi & 4G) - Changing between stops in the map view is frustrating and sometimes stops under another stop can't be selected Overall, at the moment, it's just frustrating to use it.

Worst app ever. It Takes forever to scan a QR code in the Arriva bus 🚌 and sometimes it doesn't scan at all. Which is embarrassing when other passengers start staring judging you lmao.

Cannot easily save/favourite lines or look for lines? Very important feature in my eyes I noticed you can star them but then you cant find the starred lines?? Super slow to start up aswell, Looking for a better app. Response: You can favourite locations but not lines, I want to favourite my bus line so I can easily look at it. Its not always slow, sometimes it takes up to 20 seconds to load other times just 3-4 seconds.
