What I think about this app Unfortunately this is not a rating for 0 stars Crashes every 2 seconds. Doesn't sync half the time. Chews though all your battery on your phone Syncs while the app is not even open Doesn't upload stuff when u want it too Crashes while u open it My phone thinks its harmful

Slow/laggy program on android platform takes 30seconds from initial button press, but fine on iOS. Hasn't synced properly on android but when logged into from iOS phone is fine. Clearly an iOS oriented program. Been using the platform for 6 months. Needs work.

Excellent support network and actually take customer feedback in and use it too improve the app and overall customer focus. Product manager Courtney is amazing And will actively work with you too resolve issues The app itself is very useful and has plenty of options that make it easy too streamline jobs And improve business application

So I'm a service tech and we use this for work, it's ok. Hard to see different days beyond today/tomorrow, the week view as a massive list is not that great either, perhaps make each day of the week show up a different colour. And why is it so large? Currently sitting at 0.9gig, about 10x what I'd expect, not a great sign

Unreliable Was sold this product for our service business needs and have had ongoing succession of issues, causing major disruption Support team seem to be an outsourced call centre incapable of resolving issues and owner Courtney has to be reached (if available) to try and achieve any resolve. No support calls taken until Perth time business hours.

stopped checking me out of jobs when I "finish day", pretty silly to be checked onto a job when my day has literally been finished. Re. to the message sent from acscora; I surr can edit time sheets but now am unable to create them from scratch. Everytime i create a new time sheet it allocates it to my work hours not my start/end of day hours.

The last 2 updates have made PAC's ascora useless, in custom forms we can't update our sheets, and in work undertaken area it must have a work count or size as what we add in either deletes or doesn't show. Please reverse these last updates for PAC.

Ascora is great solid app. Works as it should. Support is alwasy available. App must be updated as soon as an update is available other wise it malfunctions
