The app just doesn't work with a card in the slightest. Despite having to add the CVV code (the 3 digits on the back of a card) when registering, the app always claims it doesn't have that code and refuses to ever book anything.

app works fine but the service is awful. they will charge you two different prices for the same journey and when you point it out or call them they're rude and ignore you! got blacklisted for refusing to pay the ridiculous overcharges lol

I have had a bad experience not with the drivers but with the customer service. They will put a different price on the app while the driver will ask for a completely different amount and when you call to complain or make your observations they will hang up the phone on you without an apology for their mistakes or error.

app itself is good and it does work but the time scale is massively in accurate to what it says and when they arrive!

I have used Teesside cars for a few years now and in that time they have provided me with excellent service never let me down. Last night I booked a ride home from Norton when I arrived home I realised I had lost my debit card ,I rang Teesside Cars and they told me the taxi driver had found it in the back seat and he would hand it in to the office the next day for me to pick up. In this day and age its a rare commodity to find honest and genuine fellow human beings well done Teesside Csrs .

Unable to add a card to my account because an error means I can't log in to my wallet, so when I'm stranded and without cash I have to direct the driver to the nearest ATM - waste of both driver's time and my time.

Theres no option to add a card so you can pay on the app by card and the app lets you choose a booking time but when you click to change the tome to your chosen time it doesnt work
