Kudos to the Bateriku staff and management for their exceptional honesty. The technician inspected my battery and found it to be in good condition. They issued a FULL REFUND and didn’t charge a single cent for travel or the inspection service. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!

Easy to use. Response from the team and technician was quick, and they double checked to ensure you get the right battery for your car. Once confirmed, they came over quite fast to help replace the battery. Technician was also friendly. App wise - maybe improve the location search (as I could only manage to input a location nearby and not the exact location) and car and model list also was somewhat limited. (I couldn't find my car a Golf GTI MK7.5).

Pro: 1. The app is able to suggest suitable batteries based on the car model/year. 2. The Response was quick. Cons: 1. App asked for gps location, but Technician was not given the location. I was asked again by the technician for the location. 2. Cannot edit edit the saved cars (change its info, photo etc.). 3. When you accidentally closed the apps, you cannot trace the technicians whereabout anymore because no menu to track current order.

The app works as advertised though it crashed a few times. The location search function didn't seem to work for me and the map wasn't able to identify my exact spot accurately. Online payment should be integrated. The trooper that was despatched to install my new battery went above and beyond his call of duty as he also made sure that my old car could be started after being idle for 2 years. His experience as a foreman was invaluable. Please retain him at all cost!

This is the 2nd time i used this apps for my car battery. They took immediate action. The technician so professional checking 1st before confirm the car problem. I use this apps both at different state and it doesnt have problem at all. They are so efficient. The waiting time for the technician to arrive not so long. Overall really recommended. Great service. From online interaction until the technician works.

The techinician was friendly, knowledgable and came in with proper tools and equipment to first check the condition of the current battery, the technician carefully explain to me what was wrong with the battery and how to check for other faulty signs if any. The service provided was superb and efficient. Loving the service provided and being very transparent with the pricing.

Terrible app. Doesn't allow to key in address. Finally I chose closest address but when clicked next it went back to first screen and says I need to login first. 😑 Frustrated, I used their website instead. White still bad/unfriendly UI/UX at least it works. Technician came at the requested hour and replaced my battery. Technician service is very good. Would have given this 5 star if only the app works.
