The bikes are actually great metro step thru s. Great easy peddle. Great in city. The peddle assisted? So so compared to other bikes with it. But the best thing is it didn't try to snake extra money and when you lock it, and many in Los Angeles, it stops the meter. Cheap. Good. But it still isn't as convenient, endearing, memorable after the first couple, etc. as your own bike in your own garage. Period.

Trying to log in with TAP and nothing? As soon as I put in my login info, the page goes blank. I've tried several times, using both wifi and my own mobile data. I've confirmed that my login info is correct so it's definitely the app thats not working. Was really hoping to use this cause I'm not fond of using actual credit cards on machines in case of stealing information somehow but since this app doesn't work for me, I don't really have a choice.

customer service is actually, the best I've had the pleasure of working with, of any app I've used. they're so good, you can even text them. I feel a personalized experience with so much understanding. thank you Metro Bike. (ever think about expanding to just the train stations heading out to long beach? that would be awesome. I live in Willowbrook and I know there is at Metro Bike Hub at the Rosa Parks station. so maybe you can just turn that into a Metro bike dock. thank you! 5/5 stars

No map of where to drop off the bike on the stand. Credit card swiper not working. So I download the app, add payment info, find myself on a map (which doesn't auto zoom to me despite me adding location services), only to find the whole bike station is just not working. 2 stars because the LADOT bike, that I picked up after, started charging me then had no juice and wouldn't let me end the ride, so I am still being charged to this day. So this was better than that.

From what I see a lot of people had trouble with the app years ago. But the app as of 2023 is working great the app works good. I've used it for a bit the app is quick and responsive. Easy to dock and undock the bike. The app has a built in timer to track your ride. The support team is quick with helping with any docking issues.

Yeah the TAP portion of the app doesn't work. As far as the Metro Bike Share potion, like a lot of people have mentioned, they are super responsive in any issues that might occur. I have been on this app since September and it's a great deal. $5/mo with EBT and can unlock E-Bike for free for 30 minutes. My only thing is, on the map, what are the dark green lines on the streets? Are those bike lanes?

Honestly don't know why the rating is so low. The team is super responsive and constantly moving. Plus you get free stuff as you ride. Idk. Its not perfect. But come on. Far better than 2.7 THAT being said, bikes at the Rosa Parks metro station and in Long Beach would be so clutch. I bet you'd have more business. Lol. Thank yall

There's an advert for DoorDash in this app. I can't add my TAP card. Can't log in with Tap To Go dot Net. Delayed password reset for Metro Bike Share. Unable to buy Day Passes. I'm not even sure how to even USE this app and I work in Information Technology. This bike share (app) is HILARIOUSLY bad at the moment which sucks since I'd love to use it reasonably. As an aside there's too many stations, not enough bike infrastructure (separated bike lanes). So most of the stations end up being bad.
