A Google user
App crashes after logo when you open. Completely useless Edit. I it works now. The answer is one of these two things. I finally let android 9 update. After the update , android aked me if I want to allow bluetooth and wifi to scan for more accurate location even when they are off. I let it. App works now. Works great. Upgrade to 4*

The device itself works wonderfully. The phone display of various Temps is helpful to monitor several items cooking as well as ambient temperature. This device is really lacking in the ability to set your own temp profiles and adjust existing ones. With a little programming this would be a 5 star app and device. I give the device a 5 and the app a 3 star.

App worked well . My only problems with it is the fact that if you create a preset, not only can you not edit it after the fact , you cannot remove it either without uninstalling the app. On top of that, preinstalled settings cant be adjusted or removed as well. It would also be nice to save or choose to save the data from a previous cook or have a notes section to jot stuff down. Add these updates and so far this will be a 5 star app

Works pretty well except that you lose your temp history graph data occasionally for no reason and I have to restart my phone every time I try to connect to the device via bluetooth. I can live with the restart but those graphs are really nice to have to watch for temperature trends and keeping temps in check before they get out of hand. Otherwise 5 stars.

The te-rich temp probe device is great, but this app is useless. The graphics and layout are great, but as soon as the first probe reaches target temp, the app crashes. The app continues crashing until you unplug the probe that reached target temp. Then you can start the app up... Until it crashes when the next probe alarms. Crash! Oh yeah, and support does not answer your emails. Update Oct 05: Absolutely NO response from support on the app crashing. SUPPORT ON THIS APP DOES NOT EXIST!

I'm not sure why this app has low ratings. The thermometer synced up and reads temperatures as it should. It looks identical to a similar app I used for another thermometer like this one, just a little cleaner interface. It's Bluetooth so you have to realize it's got the same range limitations of every other Bluetooth device.

Works just fine and does what it's supposed to do. Don't know why everyone seems to have a problem. For each sensor you can read the temperature, look at a trend graph, set temperature alarm, choose from pre programmed temperatures by selecting meat type and doneness and each sensor has its own timer. All pretty simple. Easier to operate than the box you connect the sensors to.

First the good. It's basically a carbon copy of Inkbird's app. If you're familiar with that it's pretty straightforward. However, it doesn't run in the background. So the alarms won't go off and it stops monitoring unless your phone is always on with the app window up. Which makes it useless. The whole purpose is to not have to constantly watch a temp. I'm trying to watch football. As much as they stole from Inkbird's layout, you'd think they'd have copied that basic feature too. Boo.
