Great app just a few updateds! Love that Provider messaging has been updated so they can respond through the app! Problem...I dont get a notification once theyve responded so I have to keep logging back in to check. An email or text to check my messages would be a great add. Also, adding time and date stamps to the messages, that way I know when they responded. I would also like to see all lab results done through Care ATC available on the app.

Telemedicine is advertised as being a feature, but this is not possible on the app. Also, The login from other careatc didn't work and the password reset didn't work without calling in, which defeats the purpose of the app. Third, there were additional errors with changing the password after it was reset over the phone so the app could only be used for 24 hours before I would have to call in again for another reset. Way too many errors to be worth the frustration .

This app is constantly buggy, and I believe it is unsafe to use the app especially if it is being used by someone with mental health issues. To constantly run into errors, have poor menu and confusing drop down selections, and to have the app down so much is not okay. Because this has been an issue for so long I would encourage you to start complaining to your organization since they are paying careatc for a broken service.

The app just doesn't work. Every click is an error. Useless app. In case CareATC responds, asking me to email them with more info, my answer is no. It literally crashes non stop on a VERY popular model phone. Any testing at all would've made you aware of this.

It's simple. If I follow all your directions and try to sign on to this app. It doesn't work. Period. Everytime I download it. Same thing. I would love to use this to track my fitness through work, but makes it difficult when you cant use it lol. Bad app.

This is probably 1 of top 3 worst apps I have used since having a smartphone (2007) Displays bad internet connection banner at top of page for no reason! Can't see entire page because of this. Smh! Called customer service and I was rushed off the line as if what I needed was unimportant!

I can't even get into the app. All of these access windows keep popping up and the screen flashes and shakes before it freezes. Weird, I've never had this happen before. It then tells me to uninstall and then the same thing happens. It's pretty much useless.

What a terrible app. Can't create an account, even though I got an email saying I don't have an account with my email address. Useless error messages. How do you release such a terrible, bug-ridden app into production, unless you absolutely don't care about the user's experience? Mind-boggling.
