Has the potential to be great. So many flaws unfortunately. Wait time is a joke, map is very confusing to follow, and the organization in general is confusing. I'm a season pass holder and I feel like I have to have my email registered a minimum of three times to use the features of the app. The only thing that is positive is that it is easy to see the hours of both parks.

Worked ok but several times it wouldn't show my true location so I had to use posted maps. Didn't correctly import my tickets - only showed my parking voucher. Blue Arrow for direction was always pointed in one direction so it was wrong most of the time. I could have navigated the park much easier with a paper map! Won't show wait times for rides unless u are at the park so not helpful to check on light days to use season passport. Just several things that didn't work or worked poorly.

Awesome app !! For anyone that goes to Worlds of fun on a regular basis or even a once in a while , you will want this app !! So easy to navigate ! Major time savor to allow you to get the most out of your day while there! Saves money & LOTS of headaches! Gives waiting times very accurately so your not walking a mile to find out you have a 45 min wait in line ! Instead you can keep watch & go to which ever ride you want when you want! The list is endless on Info! Easy to navigate!! Ty for this!

App is crashing every time I open it. Makes it a pain to get in when that is your pass. I made sure I was on the latest version. If I clear app data or reinstall, I get in one time. Once I close and reopen, the crash loop starts.

Use to be great and helpful... Now it keeps telling me to update the app but when I go to the app store there is no option. So all it's good for now is remember where the car is cause won't update the passes or keep the additional season purchases on the card. So we still need to keep our cards on us.

Just cuz you don't like it, don't mean it ain't right. I feel like users are too quick to lean on the side of overkill when leaving negative reviews. I think the app is very convenient, particularly the feature that stores my daughter and myselfs passes in it, cause we're both prone to misplacing anything we value. Great work, Devs. I give ya 5 cuz sometimes something can be perfect 😊

I kinda wish I would've spent ANY amount of time with the actual features like the interactive map, which would've been super useful for my 45" daughter, but I only tried the app because you HAD TO get it to use the electronic tickets. So I PRINTED 5 pages of grey ink tickets because when I signed into the app it just said i bought one parking pass. Nothing I did could get my tickets to show up. THEN the next day the parking pass want there. I have a bioinformatics degree; it wasn't me...

Show up to the park. It doesn't recognize our passwords. It locks us out of our account and then we can't see ride times because we have to update the app which doesn't update properly
