Having login issues, it says an error message then the schools are not appearing making it unable to use the app, I keep having to use the website which is less efficient for me, making this app now completely useless. Please fix. Edit: As of December 28, 2021 it is now fixed.

Whenever you get the the message the username and password dosent match it simply means one of two things. Either thw Student have already change the password or Web access is not enable on the childs account as yet. Just Contact the school for the to enable and assist.

i am displeased with this app because i pay for something that is of no use to me. each time i tried to enter the childs id number, plus entering a code ,select parent and the school he attends it keeps saying invalid username or password. the teachers themselves dont understand it but yet still they introduce it to me.

Good app. I find it much easier to mark my daily register as a teacher but I'm not able to see the number of days present/absent to date. Neither does it allow me to update my mark book.

When i first downloaded the app and open it it open but when i exit and tries again to open it am not getting its constantly loading an nothing more. I tried it serveral time i even uninstalled it and reinstall and its the same thing.

Love this app. I am from St. Catherine High School and I can simply see all my grades from my device and if there is a problem with my grade I can simply go to the teacher for him/her to change for me. Love it 👍

The app is rubbish I can't even put in my school name nor id number I delete it and download it back but it's not working I have to use the website which is inconvenient for a Jamaican official app I expect better tbh. The fact that the last update was April 😒

When I'm logging in it keeps tell me that this account is already activated of course i know its already activated that's why im logging in........this app is complete nonsense. And please do not ask me if all my information is correct it is correct😒
