Slow, clunky and missing features. Can't take a picture of a receipt directly from the app. You have to instead take it with the camera, then browse and upload it from the app. The Chat support is slow, the AI assistant is not very helpful and the calls with Support get disconnected all the time. I just gave up after trying to talk to support for like 15 min and the call breaking down 4 times. Terrible so far. Also, beware that expenses are only processed once per month, regardless of how large.

Been with Deel for some time, they are great, no delays, everything is done on time. Secure and professional. They have physical card available. Would recommend Deel to anyone in need of the service they provide.

Great we have an app, but it isn't perfect just yet. 1.3Go of storage is way too much for the functionality of the app. I could use Google and turn the website into an app which would take less space. Additional, it takes surprisingly a long time to load and looks like it is just frozen until it loads. Once loaded, it has all the functions you'd need.

It's great you finally released the app. But UX must be better and shouldn't have weird bugs. Navigation is so painful. Reproducing navigation from the website created for desktop is a practice died 10 years ago. When I go to the list of all transactions on virtual card (Finance -> Deel card -> View all under latest transactions) I can't see amount of transactions because the table is only for desktop. Visible actions for a card are Freeze and Rename. Most used Show details is hidden.

(Updated Oct 2024) The app has made large improvements. The navigation is improved (e.g. expenses finally quickly accessible). Being able to auto detect expenses from a single photo/PDF is such a time safer. Overall design looks nice. Only small drawbacks: Loading times are still somewhat slow, and there are minor design issues (like expense amounts cut off) in several places. Overall good experience now to do your tasks!

Mate, this app is aweful. I have never seen an app that takes so long to start like this one. Literally takes minutes from the time I open the app to showing the home page after logging in.

Deel is a great service for digital nomads, allowing flexible access to income in different countries! The only nice-to-have feature I’m missing is push notifications for Deel Card transactions. At the moment, I don't get notified if my card is used until I log into the app

Company uses this and it's a hassle to even get signed up. Seems more like a work in progress than a full release. Edit: I'm not invested in the app; I'm not interested in assisting you with development.
