Online services are very buggy, unable to make payments. Customer service is useless even after trying to solve the problems with them for 3 months. Unbelievable. Cannot recommend.

After 4 months, I've still got no "Plug and Go" working in my vehicle as the app and website keep rejecting my PCID. The Customer service email and contact centre are worse than dreadful. Firstly doing business in the United Kingdom and employing non English speaking operatives. Being slow to respond and being generally clueless and utterly useless about how to resolve the issue. Absolutely not good enough.

Dreadful support. Support just does not work. We cannot access our account and support escalate to IT and NOTHING happens. 3 open tickets with support and no resolution after 8 days. Pinged Jörg the MD and he has not responded. How do I raise a formal complaint???? Still no support resolution. Support for this app is the very worse I have every come across. I was CTO for HP UK&I and I have a vast experience of Application Development and Support.

I'm constantly being logged out of the app. Half of the time it refuses to start charging. Can't wait for EU to force everyone to accept credit cards

The clustering of charge points on the map makes it very difficult to get an overview. Either the markers need to be smaller, or the clustering needs to allow for overlap... Probably both. The Clever app does this much better: it shows charge points as a simple dot when zoomed out, without clustering. In Charge myHyundai I cannot currently see if there are charge points along my route, unless I zoom in quite far and pan across the entire route.

App shows very little information about the actual stations. No pricing, no plugs. Nothing. Maybe I am too stupid to use it. the scale is also completely off, so when looking from a distance, the app will just group many stations together and it is hard to understand what is going on. To actually find a station in the area you are looking for, you really have to zoom in all the way. I don't know what they were thinking. I frequently switch to chargemap just to see where stations really are.

While the network of charge points included is really great, a lot should be improved. First, I get automatically logged out whenever I close the app. Very annoying. Second, there is too little data about the true charging costs, like what does "from 12kw to 22kw" even mean if I can only charge with 11kw? Third, I can't change default settings like switching from miles to kilometers. Overall, a lot of improvement potential.

Charging wont stop. In the last 3 charging sessions in a row now I was unable to stop my charging through the app. The request just goes on and on and never completes. I had to call the station service provider and have them stop it (2 different companies). I contacted Hyundai about this and the answer was: "If you cant stop the charging, please call the station service provider, were sorry for the problem." Thanks alot. Useless app and service.
