This game is fun to play, but one glitch that is very irritating is that it will NOT let me win. 4 times in 10 rounds, it forced me to draw when I was on track to win. 3 of those rounds, I had fewer cards than the other players and could go out on my own train. The last time, I had one domino left, one of the players' train opened up and I could play my last domino on his train. But it made me draw for no reason. If this can't be fixed, I'll have to delete the app.

Definite bias built in as to which computer player is likely to win. Time waiting for computer player could be shortened to increase game play. Does not follow rules of actual game completely, but is close. One big minus; it is a huge battery drain. Four or five games and your phone is flat. Those points being made, game is engaging and on higher levels quite challenging, I find it hard to put down sometimes.

Changing difficulty level to Hard from Medium results in app making it nearly impossible to win by only drawing pieces that will not play. Also, app added 30+ points once when I was holding 1 piece-impossible with double 12s being the highest. Would like to see a counter for my pieces remaining (just like for the opponents) and also ability to tally my own score. Also the play is a little slow. Really like how it will sort the pieces for the best moves.

One rare bug. Sometimes it will end a game even though you can play on player one, if there are no tiles left for them to pick. Clear graphics. Good speed. Good AI, though computer unforunately helps other players before the mexican train (even if they are winning). Minimal sounds. For those wanting to see the starter number just drag a started player down to see their whole train. I beat every difficulty more often than not, I think they get picking advantage on "hard". Bravo!

Definitely biased against you winning. Many times been forced to draw tiles unnecessarily. No rules, no options for game play. Beautiful appearance, lousy interface. I really wanted to like this one because they don't track or share data (unlike this reviewing process), which gets it the second star. I'll try to remember to check it out again if it gets upgraded, but I don't sanction cheaters, so for now it's coming off.

I downloaded this because I've been playing the tabletop version and I'm so confused about what the rules are to this version. You don't start by making as long a train as possible and sometimes you have to draw for seemingly no reason. It's better than the other app version I found but listing the rules somewhere would be nice so maybe I'd know why I keep having to draw from the bone yard when I'd normally be able to play in the tabletop version. It's not the worst but super confusing.

Fun game. Play is dead on, no illegal moves or glitches. Doubles are played correctly as well as closing & opening of your train. Senor Verde kicks my butt though. Watch out when they all gang up on you. Play is a little slow, wish you can adjust the play speed. Would also like to be able to arrange the tiles at any time, instead of having to wait until its your turn. Love the auto-arrange option for when i am too lazy to arrange my tiles or just want to confirm i have optimized my tiles.😁

Mexican Train's a fun habit forming version of Dominos which offers a calming alternative to online MMO/PPO games. I have enjoyed playing the table top version of Mexican Train with friends. [Developers: A feature I shall request would allow us to move our tiles & organize them while a computer opponent is taking a turn.] This game is fun, challenging, simple, and certainly worth downloading!
