Unavailable support team. Do not answering via email nor WhatsApp. I have an account for almost a year, and I paid for two products, and they are still do not answering. Even though I like your content, I do not think I will renew the subscription due to fact you're still not resolved my problem nor I don't believe you will resolve my future problems. Very disappointing.

This app is a scam!!! Even after subscribing, it tricks you into subscribing again. I thought the first attempt failed and ended up with two subscriptions: a free 7-day trial and an uncancellable annual one. I was misled into paying for something I didn’t want. The game didn't match my needs, so I canceled both subscriptions, but got no refund. Google Play refused to help. This is deceptive and unacceptable!

Great app. My 2 yr old loves it. I purchased it. My only hang up is whenever I reboot or all the power drains from my phone, I have download the app again every time, causing my son to have to start all over from the beginning. The furthest we've ever made it to was level 10 on easy and learned the stickers, but since my phone died he has to start over again because the app was lost and I had to download it again for the umpteenth time. July 10, 2019, STILL erases from the phone after reboots.

Opening doesn't ask who's playing - just assumes the last active account account. (Fail - my kids get pissy if a sibling messes up their account.) Advanced level is just a tap on the main screen - oops, that should be earned or a parent setting. There's a lot of swipe, swipe, swipe with cheer tracks for swiping to the next screen. And look - a sticker for a handful of swipes - let's cheer some more! The next one is a lot of touch a balloon to pop it. Some cheering and a sticker. And I just recall that frog was one of the words. I didn't have to spell it, pick a letter - nothing. There is no actual input from the child. Awards are meaningless. Lots of cheering and stickers DO NOT equal learning. Some kids may connect with this, but I can see my kids seeing through the bogus cheering and getting bored in a hurry. They need help, but for all the nice animations and effort that went into this app - it falls flat on the point - teaching.

I loved the app at first, it was awesome! I bought the monthly subscription, and the app started the lessons over but still only wanted to give us the free content. To go past the 2nd lesson it gave us a notification to pay, even though I already did. Finally I got it past the "request for money" stage, and then the following month went back to free content again, deleting all my daughter had done and starting over again. And then once again asked for money to go to the next lesson. :(

Sadly this app is a let down due to the need to subscribe monthly. At its foundation it is a good educational tool for kids, and I wouldnt mind paying a one of fee to purchase it. However having to pay monthly makes me critique it harder and it isnt worth the money with so many free alternatives out there. You get 7 levels free and you can manipulate it to get a bit more by changing the difficulty and the language between US english and UK.

Keeps saying my trial is over but i have a yearly sub. Very little used, as app refuses to recognise user, or reverts to previous stage. I was happy with the content & was going to purchase their other apps, they look great but the service quality is too low and more irritating than useful. I emailed them twice,the emails bounced back. Wondering if they still monitor that inbox. Either way i lost hopes. Won't renew unless it restarts working before my last 3 weeks run out.

Although it's a very useful tool, it's completely unreliable. Sometimes works and runs properly and other posses so many issues. Always says you're not connected to the wifi or that your connection is poor. Other times it simply crashes in the middle of the lesson or doesn't even make it to start the lesson. The most recent issue is that it stopped moving forward with the lessons so It's been about 11 lessons that my son has gotten the same crab sticker and it's putting him down
