با هدف ارائه خدمات کارآمد به عموم، DDA با "DDA در خدمت شما" عرضه شده است.

هنگامی که شکایت توسط شهروند ارسال شد، برنامه به طور خودکار آن را به بخش/افسر مربوطه هدایت می‌کند و یک دستور کاری ایجاد می‌کند که هم توسط بخش و هم توسط شاکی قابل پیگیری است، که اعلان‌های خودکار را نیز دریافت می‌کند.
علاوه بر این، این برنامه به شهروندان اجازه می دهد تا خدمات عمومی را در مکان های نزدیک مانند ایستگاه های پلیس، ایستگاه های تاکسی، بیمارستان ها، ایستگاه های مترو، کتابخانه ها، پمپ بنزین و غیره کشف کنند.

The most useless app on playstore and the most corrupted department in the whole world...they just don't listen to anyone...automatically resolve the problems on the app without even checking with the person who complained or anything. It's better that government should completely close DDA and privatise it to someone who can listen and work for the people 🙏🏼

Registered two complaints. I am not able to see their status as there is no option to see status of your own complaints. It shows all the complaints. Zhandu app, zhandu department DDA. Avoid both as much as you can

This is more or less eye wash. Once everything is done there is poor response. The officer will never ever respond back. Application will crash in later stage. Whole data is lost and you stand at beginning after 2 to 4 months of your journey .. the is huge money nexus between builder and the officer. They keep on playing their joint efforts to keep on tossing the complaint matter and fooling around the justice .... this is just a beginning. Hope Any body of you could nail it to make this useful

Indian Labour Campaign

It is most useless app. Filed a complaint for massive illegal construction. A complaint number was generated and after that nothing happened. No updates. No action. Do not waste time downloading it. It is more of a show app

1st time I see this worst and 3rd class app.. this app is not working last 2months ..not signing and not create any complaint...why govt is not checking?? Why this small app is not handling by govt ...no body can resolve this issue..

No resolution at all. It's been 4 months that I raised complain, but no response. Also it been 1 year since I made all payments but possession not given yet. I visited vikas sadan premises 6 times in total. i.e. every 2 months but no resolution there also DDA is one of the worst government department.

Nobody listens to you and your complaints. They will keep on transferring your issue from one dept to another so that either you get used to the issue or leave it as it is.

Bad. They take your data and location. This is not user friendly. It seems it acess your personal data and may be harmful to you . It seems you can't take your complaints back .
