Very slow to connect, if it connects at all. I have used many Bluetooth Apps to control many different items, and I can honesty say this this in one of the worst Apps I have ever used. If they could fix all the bugs, in the connection, and control speed, it may be a pretty good App. But at this point it is NOT even close to ready for release, I would have to say it is in the Alpha stage of testing.

Normally I use this app multiple times per day and it works (worked) well. Since the August 6th update, half of the items don't work. After a couple of hours troubleshooting with Spyder, replacing cable ends, etc., we determined that the issue must be with the software. I contacted Firefly and they told me that the August update broke certain functionality for the Tiffin Allegro Bus. Still waiting for the new update to fix it.

Missing features Once you wait 30 seconds for it to reload and connect, it is fairly responsive. But there are some key features that are missing or need to be revamped. 1. Air conditioning / furnace controls - the "auto" feature should be a high and low temperature setting. The way it works now, if the ac or furnace turns on, it won't switch back to auto. So if you are somewhere with wide temperature swings, you gotta keep managing the system. 2. Notifications! Tell me the tank is almost full

Update 09/2023: Climate options work after tech support helped update my Firefly firmware. App now works as expected. It'd be better if it were faster and didn't have to reconnect so much. UI could be improved. Previous review: The climate options don't work. They have not worked since they broke it many app versions ago. I finally contacted support on 08/06 and I've received no response yet. I'll update this when I get a response. Climate is one of the things I was using this app for.

A Google user

The first time it worked great with my Samsung Note 9 phone. Try it again could not pair with my phone. The app continue to display "pairing...". Went into the phone setting and tried to pair with the device but with no luck. Uninstalled and reinstalled app, tried again same problem. The help button is worthless. Tried to call support but they are only available during business hours. Not much help if you're in the boondocks on the weekend. Don't download the app it's not worth the 99 cents.

With android Samsung phone I couldn't get past the create new pin, it would loop back to the beginning. You have to put default pin then it wants to to set new pin and confirm again. You get 3 characters in and it says not detected unpair. This is very frustrating. Update- this app and technology is AWESOME! I don't know what happened but it started working and I'm so satisfied with it.

Problematic, my 2022 Tiffin Allegro Red 37BA spider system says get Eclipse app, but it wouldn't find anything. Downloaded this app and works great once up. Problem is, when I leave the app, I have to go through the set pin# each time. The system always resets to Celsius also. Tried saving configuration and at times I can see it shift back to Celsius during save. Once I manually change and keep app open, it works great. Fix those issues or better help tools if I am operating incorrectly.

Was great until it would no longer load. Now when I go to open the app I just get a black screen and it never opens. Works fine on my iPad but does not work on my Android phone. I have contacted their support and got one response asking what my version of Android was and I replied and I've never heard from them again. This is most disappointing. It was excellent until it stopped working.
