The location of gas stations is completely inaccurate. I was parked at a participating gas station recently filling up and the app told me I was in the middle of a field. The location of roads are off. The location of gas stations are inaccurate. Somehow it doesn't surprise me that the state college I work for uses this useless app and service. If you're trying to make a decision on who to use for your fleet, keep looking.

they need to fix the GPS feature of this app every time I open it it automatically puts me in Nashville Tennessee and I am nowhere near it when I try to use GPS to find a feeling location it automatically sets my start location in Nashville developers need to fix this it's not a problem on my device our company owns

The new Driven software, both the app and the web portal have been broken all month. Spent hours on the phone over multiple days with no positive result. Now I have to pay convenience fees to pay over the phone. Absolute nightmare.

I don't understand why you'd publish such a useless app. You didn't fix ANY of the glitches from your previous app "attempt". The participating gas stations are also not updated regularly and I often have to go to 2 different locations to get the card to work. The GPS locations for the gas stations are wildly inaccurate also. Using fuelman was a huge mistake for our fleet.

This is a terrible app. My company requires I use fuelman only. I will often select a gas station nearby and have it direct me there, only to find out there is no gas station or even the road this gas station is on. Sometimes it will direct me near a gas station, and then I can find it on my own. My last experience had me near empty trying to find a gas station and it directed me right to a non-existent dirt road out in the country.

easy app to use, and customer support always solves the problem on the first call when there is one. I have only had to call 3 times. one time, there was a problem with the transactions not showing the amount, but it was fixed within a week. the maintenance program makes everything so much easier to keep track of for taxes.
